I fell into the "Meetings Industry" over fifteen years ago working my way through college as a banquet server. The meeting biz got into my blood and I started moving up the ladder as a Banquet Captain, Banquet Manager, Catering Manager, Convention Service Manager and finally as a Sales Manager. It was a great experience and a great way to learn every aspect of the internal workings of meetings and hotels.

I started CRS Meeting Management over five years ago. Currently, our clients range from groups of 20 people to 600 people. These include board meetings, educational programs, annual meetings, retreats and special events.

I designed our Planners on Call service to provide meeting planners, meetings and incentive houses with professional experienced onsite staffing. My goal is to offer a wide range of available staff members from packet stuffers, experienced food & beverage coordinators to professional meeting planners. I want planners to see this service as an asset to help with some or all of their onsite needs.
